In homage to the 49ers of the mining era, San Francisco, CA, inspired the creation of denim jeans. The legacy of the Gold Rush is substantial, as it brought people from around the world who now form the multi-cultural nucleus of California that exists today. It awakened the idea of high-risk entrepreneurialism in America. The sandy conditions of West Coast beaches, calm tempered conditions and salt water allow true, rustic Sand Blasted wash to develop naturally without using the blasting gun or the roller.
These gn’s are constructed of raw Japanese selvedge denim, creating an uneven textured finish, combined with natural fabrics, organic dyes and durability through Eco-Aging ™ allowing the Earth’s elements to create a one-of-a kind “wash”.
